24 Hour Emergency


Whether you are renting or owning your own property you are bound to encounter maintenance issues at some point in your stay. One of the benefits of renting a property is the help that you can receive when an issue arises. If you were not renting you would have to go to the trouble of finding, hiring and paying a person who can fix the problem you have encountered, this whole process can be costly and stressful.

Here at Bristol property Centre we understand that it is the landlord’s responsibility to quickly and efficiently deal with any maintenance issues that a tenant may report, whatever the scale or severity. To ensure that our tenants will receive an immediate response to a problem, should it arise, we provide a 24 hour emergency maintenance line.

This emergency maintenance line provides instant recognition of a problem so that it can be dealt with as quickly as possible, causing as little worry for both the tenant and landlord as possible. Unless the maintenance issue is an absolute emergency then the issue must first be submitted in written format.
